Our Clinical Education Team are celebrating after learning their CHFT preceptorship programme has been shortlisted for a Nursing Times Workforce Summit and Awards 2021.
The preceptorship programme is designed to support our newly qualified practitioners.
Clinical Educator and one of the team's preceptorship leads, Leanne Grice, pictured said: “A good preceptorship programme aids for a much smoother transition and a more confident and competent practitioner.
“Importantly our preceptees feel valued and supported here at CHFT. We’d also like to thank our ward teams for supporting preceptees and allowing them to participate in our programme which is imperative in their transition.
