Everybody needs good neighbours ...CHFT backing for West Yorkshire campaign

Published on:

HFT is very proud to be one of the signatories for the pioneering Yorkshire-wide campaign calling for people to take extra care to look after our neighbours - which launches tomorrow.

The Looking out for our neighbours campaign is hosted by West Yorkshire and Harrogate Health and Care Partnership and backed by the Jo Cox Loneliness Foundation and Hello My Name Is... campaign.

So far more than 300 organisations across our region have signed up to support it.

It aims to get people to look out for each other, especially those most vulnerable so we can stay happy, healthy and connected. This could help reduced demand on health and care services through early help and preventing ill-health.

The aim is to set up a network of champions which may be individuals or groups.  For more info and to sign-up to be a champion visit:  <link http: www.ourneighbours.org.uk>www.ourneighbours.org.uk
