We know it’s hard for families to be separated from their loved ones at Christmas. So, we are offering extended visiting starting this Saturday, 23rd December until New Year’s Day.

Between this coming Saturday and Monday 1st January, two visitors can attend at any one time between 10am and 8pm.

We ask that you follow any infection prevention measures our staff request from you.

Currently we’re seeing an increase locally in influenza and Norovirus – known as the winter vomiting bug. So, to protect our vulnerable patients, if you have symptoms please don’t visit for at least 48 hours until after your symptoms have gone.

At extremely busy times our staff may ask you to leave the ward for a short while.

Visiting times will revert back to between 2pm and 8pm from Tuesday, 2nd January.
