Beth Ashworth has Ward 20 all decked out and backing Colombia, and on Ward 5 sister Amy Toomes is rallying the team behind Switzerland. See the photo.
They're among the first of our areas to sign up to the month-long CHFT footie and fun campaign which ends on July 15. Last Monday, our Chief Operating Officer Helen Barker drew the teams out and assigned all areas of the Trust to them. See who you've got in the table below. Beth, Ward 20's Engagement and Care Support Worker, said: "We've done it on our ward as it's a new approach to stimulating and engaging with our patients. The World Cup theme has thrown up lots of potential activites for them.
"We're also doing a sweepstake on the ward for a bit of fun. I've got Nigeria, so I'm trying to convince a colleague to let me buy a better team off them! I've offered £2 for Brazil!
"The vibe on the ward is good - we've all got involved and it's brought us all together"
