Audiology

 

We are the Audiology team at Calderdale and Huddersfield Foundation Trust. We provide Audiological assessments and rehabilitation for both adults and children. The audiology department comprises of a well-integrated, diverse team, with wide-ranging skills and specialties. The Department offers services in adult rehabilitation, paediatrics, Bone Conduction hearing aids, tinnitus and Newborn hearing assessments.

 

We are situated at both Calderdale Royal Hospital in Halifax and Acre Mills Outpatients in Huddersfield, with outreach clinics at Todmorden Heath Centre and Brighouse Health Centre.

 

Our department is also a training site for students on placement studying Audiology BSc at The University of Leeds. With multiple members of our staff qualified as clinical educators, we aim to deliver competent training to our students.
