 I attended the endoscopy unit for the ‘procedure’ expecting pain and suffering to follow.  How wrong could I have been.  From the moment I met Adam to being offered a lovely cup of tea and a tuna sandwich it was a brilliant experience.  Performed exquisitely the entire team in whose care I was.  Totally painless and a credit by the team in whose care I was in.  I have the utmost admiration for your efforts on my behalf and thank you all." 


I was a patient on the endoscopy unit yesterday.  I would like to thank all members of the unit with whom I came into contact, including the receptionist and post procedure staff.  Without exception, they were all extremely professional, pleasant, efficient and kind.  I have a problem with needles and usually pass out when presented with one (or in this case, a cannula) and the specialist nurse who inserted it was very kind and understanding.  She and her colleagues in the colonoscopy room were all very patient and gentle with me and it was much appreciated."
