Please use this form to send us your feedback at any stage of your pregnancy or in the first few weeks after birth. Our senior management team review Friends and Family feedback at least monthly and use it to act on any concerns raised and to inform changes and improvements to our services.

If you have used maternity services from conception through to baby’s first birthday, you could get involved with this user group to help shape future developments to services e.g. midwifery, health visiting, antenatal classes, breastfeeding support, mental well-being, etc.

If you have concerns or wish to complain about your care, in the first instance please raise this with a member of staff in the hospital who is providing care. They should be able to resolve this directly with you or find someone to help you. The Matron for a ward or department is also available for you to express any concerns.
Our Patient Advice & Complaints Service are also here to listen and respond to your concerns or experiences. Your feedback to us is very valuable and will help us to improve our services for the future.
