The chemotherapy service treats more than 100 patients per week. The service includes all the preparations for giving of chemotherapy and other drugs used to treat cancer.
If you are unwell after receiving chemotherapy treatment please contact the Chemotherapy Helpline on the 24-hour emergency helpline number 01422 222999.
For any other queries our Cancer Support Line is available Monday to Friday 8am until 4pm. Our advisers and wellbeing team members can be contacted about information such as accessing welfare rights advice and wellbeing support and guidance.

Macmillan Information Centres
Additional support is also available through the Macmillan Information Centres. The centres are open for drop in or booked appointments between 9am and 4pm, Monday to Friday. We suggest you phone to check someone is in the centre before making a special journey.

Your EPR
Accessing your information electronically.
In 2017 we introduced Electronic Patient Records (EPR) in our Trust.
If you have attended hospital since May 2017, you will be able to see your record online through a patient portal called Your EPR. It is a convenient and secure website to help manage your health.
Your EPR lets you view information about your health care:
- See GP copy letters (those written after 4th June 2018)
- Review your recorded allergies
- See future appointments
- See selected data from your hospital records including test results
- View patient education leaflets
