Making a referral
Who can refer?
- Acute paediatric ward Medical team and ward staff at CHFT.
- Accident & Emergency department CHFT
- Paediatric tertiary centres – from all paediatric specialities.
- Day case surgery units CHFT
- Consultant Dermatologists CHFT
- Child development Service CHFT
Children must live within the Huddersfield /Calderdale boundary and they must have a Huddersfield
or Calderdale GP to have access to the CCNT service.
