Service summary
A flexible scheduling service for GP practices across the Huddersfield and Halifax areas for primary immunisation and examination appointments. Supporting the delivery of National Screening Programmes including Neo-natal Hearing, Newborn Bloodspot Screening, National Childhood Measurement Programme and various school based vaccination programmes. Maintaining a comprehensive electronic record of all pre-school and school age children supporting Public Health, Health Visiting, School Nursing, Looked after Children (LAC), Immunisation Teams, Primary Care and Local Authority Services. Providing information reporting for National Statutory returns and Local reporting Secure transfer of records to other Child Health Services.
